We cant say enough thanks to Brian Sherburne for the listing and ultimate sale of our home in Anchorage.

On our way back to Alaska from a winter in Yuma Az.,we saw the home "of our dreams" and made an offer on the contingency that we list our Condo within 5 days of our arrival home.We arrived home on April 1, went to see Brian that day and told Brian about our urgency to sell so that we could purchase the home in Kennewick. Brian came to look at the condo and immediately put together the listing, a picture booklet of the condo showing both summer and winter yard/grounds, school areas, topographical views and put the listing on MLS web sites on April 2nd.

In the next 10 days we showed the condo nearly twice a day to 10 different Realtors with their clients. The condo sold on April 15th, while Anchorage still had the "winter" look, and a 22" snow fall in the next few days.

Thanks to Brian's persistence, tireless energies,expertise, attention to detail, we were able to close on the sale and the purchase of our home in Washington. We were able to get a fair price for our Condo despite the "soft/slow" market.
